I want to build a better audience with real followers and im willing to work with someone that can provide that via shoutouts or other means. Im a music Producer trying to build a brand and wanted to know what kind of help can i get (with the right funds of course)

Any good shout out accounts for users on twitter? (Not talking about those F4F accounts, but accounts with interested and involved followers.)

This is just an idea mate. IF you want you could go to Buysellads.
Its a marketplace where you could buy tweets from accounts which have a large number of followers.
Some can be a bit pricey though. Just search for your niche and maybe you could find a good fit.

I think this guy works there or owns the site because he posts about featurehub in every thread relating to instagram but the site blows. I spent $60 over there on various shoutouts in my niche and literally received no followers.
