Looking for a good proxy provider

Recently I have been trying to find a really good proxy rotation service for like a good minimal budget. I have found two providers so far and both of them absolutely suck.

Do you guys have any recommendations of good proxy providers that would BEST FOR SCRAPING or web automation and is actually fast. The ones I bought can't even load a simple web-page.
