You can use bins to run ads for free. But there is a 99% chance that your ad account will be restricted.

Get Fb Bins (find on telegram or somewhere else)
generate some cc (search google "cc generator")
test an active cc ( search " cc checker")
depending on the bin you have to use USA IP or specific country IP or your own IP to run the ads
put random names and address, It doesn't matter (search for a hotel address and use random names)

Idk any guide but I would love if someone guides us in running ads without getting accounts restricted
