Looking for a good eBay account

Hi fellas,

I am new here and I know that this is my first post, so I hope no one is hating on me too much. Since the beginning of this year I started working with eBay full time as a new seller and I was on a good way of becoming a Top Rated Seller. Last 2 weeks I was on vacation. I stopped all my listings and being on my honeymoon I had better things to do than to take care of return requests etc.

Little did I know, for whatever reason I received my first 3 return requests. Those three return requests I accepted and I just forgot to pay refund the buyer as I didn't even receive the package because of me not being home. Long story short I got three defects on my account and 2 is the most you can have in order of trying to become a TRS. Now, I would have to wait for a year in order for those defects to drop.

Does anyone of you guys have an account for seller with good ratings, good establishment etc? If not maybe even being TRS?

I think you're allowed up to 5. Since you say you're a full time seller, you probably have enough sales so that all you have to do is keep unresolved closed cases under 0.3% and you should be fine.

You are only allowed to have two unresolved cases max in order to qualify for TRS. Right now I am considered Below Average due to it and my listings literally went from top 2 listings to 40-50 range.

I am not working with high volumes. I ship 5-6 items a day which results in 30-50k dollars in goods each month. Because I have only been using eBay for 3 months full time I only have around 300 shipped goods. Meaning, even if I only have one unresolved case, I am above the 0.30% mark. That's the dilemma I am in and eBay is not willing to help me out at all, because I am supposed to take this as a learning experience.
