I have a good experience with Verpex web hosting. They are not the cheapest, but they provide quality service.
 
Cheap webhostings are not usually good, but you can go with Namecheap if it is good for your needs.

Horrible people. Hardly contact their support once, they are only available certain hours and completely offline weekends and holidays.
I ran into problems and i couldn't reach over the weekend them till Monday 11pm my local time.

They don't have cPanel. They have their own confusing interface.


Had to leave my account with them while move all my sites away.
That was 3 years back... I guess they are still same

I think Namecheap is the best. They have good support and cheap price
