I am looking for blogger who has quality landings (sites to place articles) and writes quality content in different niches with a good price.

Who's the price good for? You or the blogger? What tends to happen with these requests for "quality" is that writers translate that to mean that the poster is willing to pay a premium. Then when the pm's get exchanged it becomes clear that the poster wants quality but expects it for cheap.
