Looking for a Gaming affiliate program

Looking for any gaming ( mmorpg ) affiliate program that pays for leads. CPL must be higher than $0.50. If anyone knows of any, please let me know. I was a member of an affiliate network that offered CPL for a MMORPG. With a few weeks of tweaking my Adwords programs I was able to make some nice money. I was making so much money that the affiliate dropped their payouts which brought me down to "break even" on advertising costs / profits. So now I am looking for a new affiliate program ( of any type, really...) That pays a decent amount for CPL's


Besides the major networks like maxbounty, sharasale, CJ, webgains, etc. Are their any good independent CPL programs ?

Have you tried any gaming-only CPA networks? glispa is a great gaming network. They have a $1k minimum payout requirement, but that's shouldn't be a problem if you can push a bit of volume.
