Required skills:

Strong PHP and MySQL
WordPress development and customization
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Responsive frontend development
Custom themes and plugins
API integration
Payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
WooCommerce customization
Debugging and performance optimization
Basic server/hosting knowledge

You should be comfortable working on both existing websites and building features from scratch. Clean code and good communication are important.
