Hi!

We have a Wiki article that is C- rated when we submit it for review, but got deleted the first time around. So I'm looking for someone that could advise and re-write the article to be accepted and ideally even be able to publish it.

Unless you have a lot of existing media coverage that is truly notable enough to be used in citations, the page will simply never stick. A wikitia page is your best bet.
 
If you have budget 2k I can publish it on wikipedia, but has to have in mind that must have some notability. If dont all is extra money
