Looking for a Free Twitter "Tweet Scheduler/Poster"

Hey guys,

One of my hard drives crashed a few months ago and I had a free auto tweet/scheduler app on it.. I don't remember what it was called but basically what it did was:

1. Post tweets automatically from a TXT file every "X" number of minutes/hours
2. Follow users based on keywords provided

What i need at this point is just an automatic poster which I can schedule to tweet every "X" minutes.

Im looking for a piece of software but a free web service will do if nothing else.

Any ideas?

if you want Free try twitterfeed and yahoo pipes for tweets, and free tweetattacks for follows/unfollows

Yes yahoo pipes great bt i think there is even a setup for it on yahoo pipes

yeah its call something else now. thats what I was gonna say but if they googled it will take them to tweetlater.com or something.
