all things are workable on the grabber for merging files together. it spits it out in text or csv though csv does not retain urls. it professionally removes duplicates automatically when merging so thats what you got to do. even if you create a text file and put a letter on it like W and then u merge that text file with your text or csv file that has all ur emails on it. egrabber will remove any duplicates present in either or both the files. while in file merger tool if you have 50 files just highlight them all and they will be merged and duplicates removed in one shot.

right now im looking for an email file comparer to spit out the difference of two submitted files. i found one on the net free but it has ability of only 2000 emails at once. cheers

well, you bumped a pretty old thread and the the tool you mentioned isn't free, although it has a free trial

personally i don't like excel, textmechanic is good, however i prefer offline tools, especially when working with sensitive data, so whenever i can, i use notepad++, removing duplicates can be easily done with it if you install the text fx addon, if you want to compare 2 lists, install the compare addon or alternatively you can use quickdiff.com for comparing 2 lists

hey, u can try to use BlakBulkMail. This software can remove duplicate emails, and it's free.
