You can try Hoot suite.
It was a good tool to manage social networks.

Nothing that is decent is free . You may get cracked versions

Are a couple that i use, there are many more on the market. But depends on what social platforms are best

You get what you pay for in this game, OP. In terms of marketing, you can use AddMeFast, it's free. Look up the iMacros scripts here.

I need some tool like Ninja Pinner, Ninja Tumblr but this one is hard to find a cracked version. Any tool similar to this?

This may help you for tumblr. it is a free bot . http:// twittermoneybot {dot} com/ free-tumblr-bot/ just remove the spaces of course.

OP was looking for free tools. This is not free . it is relatively expensive .

I used to use Tweetadder and link all of the other social accounts to twitter a bit hacky but free. I mainly use HootSuite and pay the small amount of $.
