Looking for a flutter expert

Hi, i have a flutter app designed for android, it has .ts streaming feature, looking for someone to create the watch_page.dart for me that will play the .ts streams, also it should
play smoothly without issue or unnecessary buffering
I have the watchpage created but its either freezing at some point and audio still going, or plays for a few minutes, then throws a loopback. If you are gonna use AI for making or fixing it, wont work i already tried chatgpt, deepseek and claude ai.
