Hi,
I am looking for a web designer to build a flash based website for me. It should be fast and have a very professional look. I like these two website:

Now I don?t want you to copy this but come up with a solid layout and responsive website. I need someone who understands customer mind and is willing to co operate.

yeah try out wix, for free. Or Go to fiverr.
But well if you need really professional design, then try professionals in here.
But look at wix for sure.
