looking for a few people

I hope this isn't against the rules of this particular forum, but technically it is only targeted at freelancers. (If it against the rules, sorry for the inconvenience please move it to the appropriate forum)

Now i'm just gathering info, i'm in the process of making a new site, "hire freelancer" style site one that's much less profitable but i hope to attract more customers etc. Of course the internet's a big place, lots of competition etc.

I was looking to gather info on .. what do you freelancers look for in a freelancing site?
For example:

• A decent mobile phone app
  • that allows you to bid
  • control your account info
  • update project info
• Affordable rates (cheaper in every way)
• etc.

I was just looking for suggestions, Freelancers PLEASE be specific with what you want, explain what would make it better?
