Looking for a FB bot / target group members / api connect

I need the bot to:
1. scrape group members AND target "sponsored ads" users and send them a message
2. keyword / location targeting required
3. scan group answers and send email to an api (not zapier)
4. It would be great if the app can have a "poster account" that posts on FB groups its joined, then i can add multiple accounts to comment and like under that post.

I know jarvee can sort of do some of this but its so cumbersome i was hoping a chrome extension could do this better and faster?
