Looking for a facebook app that can individually target users

Hello,

I'm currently advertising a local-only country-specific niche. To make things short, I want to sell products exclusively to friends and friends of friends on facebook, by sending individual private messages to each user, instead of creating a facebook fan page. I'm looking for a facebook app that can do this:

1. Pull names from events' 'Invited', 'Going' and 'Maybe' lists, and also from Friends with public friend lists.

2. Let me choose manually to which users among those names to send the message.

3. Send the message individually to each user in random intervals, so that Facebook doesn't ban or disable my account.

Does anyone know of such an app?

I haven't fully tested it yet, but it seems to do the job of pulling names from events just fine.
