Looking for a Experienced programmer

Hello. I am looking for an experienced programmer than can design a program that can basically add friends to instant messenger acocunts... For example, the program would use 2 files.... one file containing about 100-200 verified email addresses (with passwords) and the target file would contain the thousands of emails that need to be added to the list.. the software would have to verify if the email address is using the instant messenger. For example, if using a file containing the 100 verified email address and the target file with 100,000-120,000 email addresses to add, there would have to be a success / fail indicator. I can supply a program that is very similar to what I am talking about as a reference. I would really watch dealing with this member. Him and his "partner" contacted me to build them a site. Well not only did I give them a good deal on the price and even gave them a shit load of tips on how to get started.

They told me they would send 1/2 payment 3 days later. So in good faith I started on their site. I felt I could trust them (yea stupid mistake). Well I havent heard from them since and when I message him on YIM I get no response.

So if anyone wants to do business with this member I would really be careful and get the funds in full in advance.
