Hmm, don't you see a bit of flaw in your thinking? If you can get those domains for free, why would one then pay a premium for them? And it is also in a very obscure extension so i really have to say that without development i don't really see much of an opportunity there for you..
I have sold my share of domain names and i can tell you that even if you have 1 of 10 names that can make money in any extension, you are looking only at high $xxx to low $x,xxx at best and that is a stretch i would say.. Good luck in any case
