Looking for a email solution

Guys, I have a list of contacts that are generated every day. Most of the contacts are received from various trade shows, directories and embassies.

I am looking out for someone who can send approximately 1000 to 2000 emails per day or every alternative days. I have tried a couple of solutions like mailgun, sendgrid but unfortunately their requirement is very strict and I don't get much time to clean the list and check for invalid email addresses.

I can pay a monthly fee or a fee for 1000 emails.
