Interesting if it works - he's selling it for $750 on Telegram only, which is a bit suspicious since the video doesn't even show it hitting inboxes.
In theory you could create a headerless chrome browser and use something like puppeteer to send out the messages like a user would.
The biggest hurdle is the captchas that will happen once you start mass msging over +20 people in a short while. Also, if memory serves - you can't just message someone without adding them as a friend first.
