[LOOKING FOR] a developer (?hacker?) to create an identical web service to an existing one

Hello,

I am looking for someone capable of creating or perhaps duplicating/coping a web service which is avaible on the internet for traders.

The service itself is quiet simple but contains of huge databases - therefore it would be possible to copy those from this existing service rather than creating new ones - if that is even possible though.

Let me know if you any way how to get this done comes to your mind.

Another possibility would be recreating it with a software developer and web programmer - in this case I require some knowledge of trading and futures.
