Looking for a develloper

Hello,
I am looking for a person who can make a smal program for me.
The program needs to be able to run on a Windows VPS.

A little information about the program. I must import around 50 links and he must scrape the main image link from it. Then it needs to go to a website and transfer the product link into a referral link.

So now we go more detailled.
Let's start with part one:
I must be able to import a Excel or csv file with product name and product link in it. Like the screenshot below. This will always be from the same website.

It needs to scrape the main image URL from the website. The image is always on the same place on the website.

The second part of the program:
It needs to go to a specific website which uses a login and password.
There it needs to transfer, with the use of the product name and link, to a referral link.
I needs to fill in the product name and link.

Then click on "create link". We got the the referral link.
The output file must be a Excel or csv file.

I hope it can do around 50 links in about 5-10 minute timeframe.

Hope someone can help me for a fair price.
