Looking for a DEV who can make a checker

I am trying to get targeted leads
from this site,
when you enter a number or email it says “registered or not registered” depending if the lead is registered or not.

i need someone that can make a checker that would run as many numbers as possible with different checkers and bypass whatever security is needed to produce me leads.
