Looking for a desktop application programmer

We are looking for a programmer to create us a small but fast desktop application.

The program we are wanting is for SEO work, we are looking for someone to code us a desktop application so that our own SEO is automated on a daily basis.

Here below are the outline basis of the program :

: Search top 5 searh engines for specifc extensions (Forum extensions)
: Able to create emails and verify them
: Able to create accounts on forums with different usernames and the emails created ^^)
:Able to create/post a backlink (with text/anchor link)within the profile
: Able to ping the url of the link to ping sites
: Use of proxies
: captcha intregation
: Speed of the desktop application is a must
: able to work in the background /minimize
:Able to create a report to verify link is placed
: other small features.

We will only pay via escrow, so that we can check on the program full completeion.
