I need dedicated server to host my website. OVH is pretty good for that but I need dmca ignored hosting. If anybody know about it please share.

I think OVH ignore DMCA... most of the torrents seeders are based on their kimsufi servers
No proof though

OVH sent me abuse complaint on my email. They said they received dmca.

OVH banned my friend's website (reddit style), because someone wrote historic post about Hitler xD
they told it's "nazi content" lol

You should check the marketplace,
It's plenty of sellers and most of them do sell DMCA ignored hosting

you can find some hosting services from ASIA country such as HongKong or Malaisia or Singapore, they ignore all DMCA email
