Yeah, but a pain to find a person that knows anything about YouTube, and can change the algorithm whenever YouTube changes theirs, and knows people working there, that are willing to give him insight about the changes
Their moderation is corrupt. I know 2 moderators that sells views, that works at YouTube (of course, no names will be given - but if you're reading this, I love ya guys!

Not "comments and ratings", but actually "comment rating". As in, thumb up a comment.
