Looking for a Custom Exit Popup Ad for Wordpress (Design & Implementation)

I have a site built with Wordpress and I'm looking to design and implement a nice custom popup ad that matches the color scheme of my website with some text, maybe a image, and a PayPal subscribe button on it that users can click to pay. I want the popup to come up on certain pages of the website and ONLY when the user tries to leave the website, and not when they enter. If you can code a custom plugin to do this (or even use an existing one like Ninja Popups, which I have) that would be even better.
