Looking for a custom bot developer

I want the bot to do these following steps: -

1) Use adobe premiere pro for video editing (there will be some specific steps that needs to be done for each video rendered from it)
2) Upload that video on xvideos.com using vpn application.
3) Get information about the video from a csv file
4) Generate a csv file - which will tell details of uploaded videos and used files.
5) also needs maintenance/bot updation if anything is changed in website.
