MgCash have 107 PIN offers for Spain. Most of them are 5$-8$ / each . I'm convinced that you will find one that suits you best.

I'm with YeahMobi who ONLY deals with mobile offers, and they have paid me on time every single time. Not to mention weekly payments.

I'd used before open this thread but a lot of mobile offers from Spain and other networks are missed.
 
Neverblue has a pretty good coverage there. But not very sure about Spain though. Give it a try! And why limit yourself to Spain? are most of your traffic coming from there or are you promoting offers offline?

Well, I'm working with NB... but nowadays they have only one ES offer and it's not working properly

Promoting online, just Spain because I think people from here are more indicated to increase my CTR

Yes, they are run by the same person, but operate differently. YeahMobi is ONLY mobile offers, so you would have to sign up to both of them if you want both, or just YeahMobi for the mobile-only offers.

I'm with KissMyAds, mobile offers only. mostly for European countries including Spain.
 
Have you tried ringtonepartner? They have nearly every mobile offer ( international )
