Looking for a cpa network where DE/CH/AU converts very good

I am tired of 0.5% cpagrip conversions (transferred to adludum ,even worse). I always had 2% average conversions on cpagrip until now (1 year past and these 2 months were very bad, not to mention that cpagrip does not allow BH anymore). They decided to cut off the good offers ,very few offers left here (Also Adludum have plenty of germany offers but noone of them actually convert, lot of shaving it seems).

Can you recommend me some good cpa network where these country perform well? "perhaps even allow blackhat as well"
