Can this be done anonymous? Since some CPA offers are pretty scammy I'd assume you're at risk getting caught by the popo if is someone is really serious?

No, some people just don't like guys who want to get spoonfed. Actually, it is quite arrogant to expect anyone to tell any secrets or methods. It's exactly this low-resolution thinking that will never let these people have any success in IM. It needs a fucking entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in IM. You better prepare yourself to try and fail again and again. It's all about trial and error.
Its like going to Elon Musk and ask him how to build a rocket. Yeah mate, use fucking Google, get yourself some books, go study this subject or figure it out yourself.
These people are probably also sending emails to Amazon to ask "how to make a successful online shop?"
If you have access to the internet, you have access to all the knowledge, no excuses
