Looking for a Coreg script or something already developed to monetize my site...

I am looking for some type of script that could be easily implemented or software already developed to create a coreg path on my GPT survey site.

We are looking for something that is similar to how cashcrate does...



Where the user clicks yes/no and if yes, then it takes the registration data and sends to a script...then to the offers (behind the scenes) and auto submits them.

I really need this asap so any feedback is appreciated!

Hey we may share the same problem, but I currently have a coreg path, that our team has been building for some time. Which we can plug into any site pretty much - HOWEVER (lol) . . . I am searching HIGH and LOW for coreg offers!

Ive applied to the usual "coreg" / host and post networks.

Was not able to find any offers that would allow a host and post Except we dont host the creative we just post the data. If you have any direction on where I can find these types of offers - we have the technology ready to go!
