Looking for a Content Locker

Hey guys,

Looking for a mobile-friendly plugin that captures an email and redirects to the CPA offer automatically.

Right now, most of the wordpress content locker plugins appear to capture the email, then display a block of hidden text... the user has to manually click the hidden link. I'd prefer that the user is redirected automatically after entering the email...

Any ideas?
