Looking for a competitive partner

I want to partner on a site with someone. I'm most comfortable with an affiliate/AdSense website but I'm open to suggestions.

Looking for a tag team approach that we would agree on.

Potential example. We have an affiliate site and we take turns creating pages.

We could have a goal of every posting every 3 days and if someone goes more than 15 days without creating a page they forfeit project to the other partner.

This should help us both stay motivated. We could reevaluate after a year or plan to sale the site when we reach x dollars.

We should find something were both interested in as I would prefer to have someone else writing content vrs outsourcing work.

We can also alternate building articles and links whenever we feel appropriate or set up a agreed upon schedule.

My ideal candidate would be @Diamond Damien but I will consider anyone who won't steal our work down the road.

Ive decided I definitely want to do an "authority site" I want to focus on creating a lot of pages that directly target easy keywords. Ideally every article is around 1k words and we make 300 of them in the first year.

I am thinking somewhere in the outdoor niche, fishing hiking whatever. I am looking for a great writer to partner with .. I will research the articles we will be writing (doing that now) and then I will format them before posting them to site.

I will start write some of the articles but I am looking for someone who is willing to do more of the content creation.

I also want to do a press release after about 3 months assuming we are still running full steam ahead and have a lot of content there.

Outside of the press release I only want us to do manual link building. I am happy to do this but I dont plan on doing much of it since we will be targeting easier keywords that will get us some natural links as we rank.

Once I get a hundred or so article titles researched I will start this project and shortly after that I will close the JV if I have not partnered.

haha I totally Understand that sentiment, that is why I will be closing it one way or the other soonish.

Thank you everyone, I have partnered with a former employee who had ghosted me for a couple days before posting this thread. He reached out and we are moving forward. That being said he has only written 300 words so far ... he might need some boot in his arse.
