Looking for a Coder to make a Skype Mass Message Bot

Hey guys,
Does any of you have the skills to make a skype mass message bot? I know that Clownfish isn't working properly, and the module for mass message directly on skype has been disabled since a year ago or so.
I heared that there is a way to do it on the web version?

There are message flood controls built into skype. Just be aware of that.
 
no again the clownfish one isn't working. It send message to people but message is like pending and not fully sending which is an issue
 
I've made a bot some time ago...However there is a huge problem. Microsoft doesn't support the Skype API anymore they once released. That's why (all bots that are using the API) only can send "pending" messages.

I think there are still other ways to do this, however it's not that easy anymore.


Please PM me with a list of features and a budget. I'm sure we will find a solution.
