Looking for a coder to build a responsive landing page + modify the capture form

We have a squeeze page (Landing Page) that we use - but we would like to change it slightly and would prefer for it to be responsive.


The layout is really pretty simple but we would ideally like for this to be responsive, so that it loads on a mobile device.


Also, the web form would need to be slightly changed so that it just allows for an email capture and a captcha-form (it currently has a first name field that id like to remove).


We use infusionsoft and can provide the necessary HTML and CSS.


We will provide all the design - we just need the coder!
