Looking for a coder/programmer/web based script

Looking for a coder or someone who can create a web based script which can do the following:

1. Input a list of sites
2. Use the registration form and successfully sign up AND verify email (clicking a link in email)
3. Registration form includes captcha so 2captcha would need to be implemented
4. Navigate to a certain web page on the site once logged in
5. Submit a form with text

Happy to pay crypto/paypal, not sure how much work something like this requires, but I'm open to negotiations.

I approximate it around $250, depending on some factors, like:

• what emails are going to be used? if gmail, it's going to be a pain setting up an unique password to check imap/pop3, as gmail no longer supports same password auth
• are all the captchas normal, or some are reCaptcha? or are all reCaptcha? if the same captcha is used across all the platforms, it will be easier. However, if each platform has some other kind of captcha, it will drive development hours up.
• does it HAVE to be web based? I can provide a python file/script. I can also make it web based by using Flask/FastAPI, but that will also drive dev and price up.
• are these forum platforms? or social media platforms? because if it's social media, most often proxy implementation will be required, which will also drive price up.

I am assuming you are saying this of same site/domain. Right?
I will use catchall disposable email for registration and verify the email.
email will be active for 10 minutes.
When registration finish save email,login,pass in text file.
Then navigate to certain desired webpage after login in.
Submit form with our fixed written text
delete all cookies,cache and repeat from start

no need to install any software for bot. Just run the software(which i give) and give all file path
