Looking for a coder for a bot

I need for a German Q&A site a small bot who can give thumbs up and likes for answers.
it should have proxy support and fast log in when i add the accounts to the bot.
so basically i want to like and give thumbs up with the bot .
if you think you can do it pm me an offer, i can give u the site and show some answer samples from the site.

I can try to do this using httpwebrequest so the bot will be very fast and multi thread, please PM me with the site url if you still need someone.
