What is the most reliable VPS provider in UK?
I have found many interesting and attractive things about hosting.co.uk, have you ever tried them?

have you looked into BHW marketplace if not try it out.

And for EU region have you tried OVH.
 
Do not go to the sites that say top 10 hosting or anything of the likes because those are affiliate sites and for them the best host will be the one that pays them the most for passing you on to them.
 
Well, I believe there is no such place what you can name best. But if we are talking about prices you can take a look at lowendtalk for lowest priced offer I believe
 
It seems to me you should try them, they have attractive prices and now bad reviews on different forums.

i would say not to deal with newbies whose account are not having trust. You can get scammed. Try to check marketplace

Ps in all of the investigations I have done re vps and dedicated hosting in the U.K. My conclusion was that cheap and uk do not go together :-)
 
For EU hosting you could check @CyberHour I had to move on of my customers there recently because of DDOS .
