cheap = not reliable.

Find a best hosting provider, and then look for their discount coupons, you can get 20-25% off on each package.

go for cheap vps.
previusly I was on the shared hosting but they disabled my site due to high server load.
So i switched to vps Search for lowendbox they are the cheapest VPS provider only 1-2$ per month better than shared hosting

OP : stay away from unknown name and cheap hosting. That will keep you hassle free.

Once you will found the hosting company then search hosting review over google and then take decision

It doesn't mean that he will do the same. No cheap VPS can be found, so it's better for him to go for a small web hosting at the beggining, then see how it goes. If he grows, he'll just upgrade.
Suggestion: do regular backups for safety!
