Hi BHW,
I am looking for a Capitalist Partner for An Outsourcing Biz:
Initial Capital:
Business Registration and Permit, TIN Number, Mayor's Permit, etc = $250
Office Rental with 10 computers, aircon, etc
(basically renting an office for 8-9 hours of usage everyday) = $500
Miscellaneous running errands etc = $250
Total capital outlay: $1,000
After which the monthly expenses would be:
$250 x 10 persons (salary of the people) = $2,500
$500 (monthly office rental) = $ 500
$250 (taxes, health care, SSS for employees) = $250
Total = $3,250
Net Income (less the total expenses already):
Total of $2,000-$3,000 a month ( I will tell you what's the source of income for those interested)
Return on investment (ROI): 1-2 months depends upon the performance of the employees and sales of course
I will be your Industrialist partner (no salary for me) and will be responsible to man the office, train the people etc and other stuff.
As a capitalist partner, all you have to do is provide financial assistance during the start-up of the business and during emergency use like of funds, etc. as the case maybe.
What to expect:
1. Will send over a contract (notarized by a lawyer) through email or fax and both parties will sign (me and the capitalist partner). In this way, both will be bound by the terms and conditions as stated on the contract.
2. Scanned documents of the monthly expenses, income received etc and full audit report from a certified public accountant every month with financial statements too. Income statement (particularly) and balance sheet if needed.
3. Monthly remittance of your share of profits. (50-50 sharing)
4. Monthly report on sales, and sales forecast for the next month
5. Monthly staff meeting online together with the capitalist partner.
Everything will be transparent and you can even check the office by flying here in my country.
