Looking for a C# dev - multithreading and proxies

I'm looking for a talented coder to design a simple C# bot.

Its pretty simple by design. The bot fires up and has a list of emails, username and passwords. It also has a list of proxies to use when connecting to gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.

Once logged into that email account, it does two things:

1) Clicks on each email in the inbox, clicks on any link and then deletes the message.
2) Clicks on each email in the spambox, clicks not spam and then exits.

When it connects to each email account, its doing so via a proxy and the software must support multithreading as it will be connecting to at least 50k of email accounts.

The software also needs to know how to handle when an account has been terminated by gmail or another ISP.

Please no Indian developers.

There is no way you can connect to 50k accounts at same time.

There is limitations on number of threads that can be invoked at single point of time.
