Looking for a Business Analyst for Elance

I have built a team of 4developers who specialise in html,css, jquery, angularjs, wordpress, php, ruby on rails and mysql. I am trying to grow the team, and since we spend most of the time coding, we don't get much time for bidding and getting new projects and clients. So I am looking for a business analyst, who can take up this task, and work with us per project basis. The company membership on elance will be paid by us.
