Looking for a bot programmer.

I need a bot for facebook.

It must take a batch of images and schedule them an hour apart.
For example i open up a folder select all the photos in the folder and then press ok. The images will be queued up in the bot all i need to do next is put a description for all of them.

I will pay first as long as you let me try the bot so i can see if it works.
