Looking for a bot or windows app developer

i need a bot or app that could send some views to a destination. I am looking for fake views from proxies. Don't need real traffic. Tried various traffic bots, but non of them work. 100 to 1k views a day is my requirement. Hope i gave you the idea, pls PM me if you can do this job.
