Looking for a "Born for money" person. LONG-TERM

my name is Vincent. I am member of 3 big cpa companies. One of them accepts incentive traffic. I'm looking for someone that wants to either JV with me or someone to hire for their services.

What I'm looking for is a person who has experiences with Craigslist. I already did good money with other methods like Facebook advertising or Google Adwords. I'm now looking for something new and something to scale up.
