Hi, I'm looking for a black hat SEO expert.

I have been working on the bh SEO for a year now and made some good results

I have made my 7 money sites to go up on page1 with keyword difficulty more than 92.

I have done
Plenty of words and pages and posts, Keyword research, inner links of course, plenty of backlinks with good DR, no spam links, more than 50 of my own pbns, 301, cloaking, keyword abusing etc.

But recently, I have tried the same methods to 2 of my money sites but didn't worked out.

One of my money site is stuck on page 2. (ranking 11th~13th)

I'm no super expert of SEO but I think it's time to find a master

I'm glad to pay to a master

So what I need are

What is the goal to rank it? if you'll have very high chance to be fuckedup in future? I'm recommending to pay for real good content and get White hat SEO.
