Looking for a 50/50 partner on a new already existing project

Hi,
since i'm extremly busy right at the moment running 5 other big projects i'm offering a 50/50 joint venture for somebody honest who wants to make good longterm income.

Requirement : - working 8h/day 6 days a week
- ability to do customer support in english
- knowledge how to use marketing tools
- dedicated and structured working

Myself i offer a whole product (including website etc) and custom created system which will get us daily fresh targeted leads .
System is custom made by professionals and avaibable via www .
Split will be 50/50 and profit will be seen from day 1.

Please remember we will run this product under my companies name for which i will be responsible with my own name ....so no kiddies and no people who have unclear situations or are undecided

Why not hire a VA? It will be cheaper for you since you get to pay a fixed salary to VA, while your leads may increase with time. Still you can PM me more details. I will provide full 24 hours support for your website/product.

Did you ever worked with a VA ?I guess not else you would know that working with VA's is only useful for simple tasks were they just make what they need to do.They dont care if there will be more work in a day or not as they will work only x hours and do only the work they need to do.
A partner will be more dedicated to the work since each and every improvement of the service will be also a gain in his pocket.So he will be analyzing staff himself and trying to improve the service without asking or controlling him.He will be also more dedicated to have happy customers as he knows that it will also change the amount of money he receives.
In my experience partners are also more dedicated in their work and responsible.
Having a VA you need always to control him if he isnt also stealing as this is happening quite often.
 
Vrill had a point there, not many VAs are willing to go the extra mile but if it is the business partner(s), its a whole new ballgame.

Vrill may like to source for friends or family members to aid you :)

Sure, you got one valid point here, but I have a well structured way to execute this task (Not as a VA, but more as a partner). Will send you a PM with detailed information on what I have to offer.

Will the partner get any equity? 50/50 is nice and all but if the partner doesn't cover his bases legally as far as ownership goes hes basically a glorified VA who can get cut off whenever OP decides he wants to.
 
Yes there will be a legal contract between both of us

Its not like i'm going to beg someone to do it.Its more like you should convince me to take you as partner .About pay i do not like talk much but it surely wont be under 4 figures
