I doubt you will find any residential proxies for 5$. There are sellers on the marketplace here who sell residential proxies but the cheapest I've seen was around the 25$ mark. You will need to up your budget if you want a true residential proxy.

Agreed. Residential proxies are not as easy to come by and if you were to come across one for $5 I would be skeptical.
